friendly staff clean room rooftop terrace
i found the staff very friendly . the room was very clean upon arrival and throughout my visit. its rooftop terrace offered a pleasant space.
the pool on the rooftop was a bit small for my taste

mixed feelings about the room
noise from neighbours disruptive noise
the location was good and allowed easy access to local attractions.
the room was quite basic and lacked a cute feel. i could hear everything happening around me, difficult to relax. the noise from neighbours was especially disruptive during the night.

adequate, but some issues need addressing
small room noisy fridge
the staff at reception assisted with directions. they were also able to provide information about local attractions.
the room i booked was not up to standard. it was smaller than advertised and lacked basic amenities. there was no kettle, tea, or coffee available. the fridge made a constant noise, disturbing my sleep each night.

decent stay near the bullring
convenient location quiet room rooftop pool unreliable wifi obstructed view basic breakfast
the location was really convenient. i could easily walk to the beach and the harbour. i appreciated how quiet my room was, especially since it faced the gibralfaro. the rooftop pool was small, but it provided a nice space to relax.
the wifi connection in my room was almost nonexistent. i found this frustrating as i needed to check emails. my room had a view obstructed by a huge rock mountain. the breakfast was quite basic.

main areas pleasant staff
The location allowed easy walks to many places. The main areas, including restaurants, were only 10 to 15 minutes away. Breakfast offered good variety and pleasant staff served it. It was just a short stroll to the port and the Pompidou Centre.
The room decor was quite basic.

convenient location helpful staff spacious room
I found the location very convenient for accessing key areas. The front desk offered helpful taxi services early in the morning. My room was spacious with good amenities. Breakfast on site provided a solid start to the day.
The safe in the room was too small to fit my iPad.
